MR EDWARD ANG BOON CHEOW
Executive Chairman & CEO
- Mr Edward Ang has been instrumental in spearheading the Group's expansion since its inception in 1995. Mr Ang provides strong leadership to the Group in the areas of strategic direction and planning. He is responsible for leading Ocean Sky’s expansion in the global arena and driving the Group towards becoming a sizeable player with one-stop fully integrated solutions.
- Armed with a Business Degree from the USA, Mr Ang has achieved a career in the apparel industry spanning thirteen years. His expertise and contributions to the apparel industry has been recognised by his peers, who re-elected him to the position of President of the Textile & Fashion Federation in July 2004.
MR ALBERT ANG BOON CHONG
Executive Director & COO
- Mr Albert Ang is the co-founder of the Ocean Sky Group and plays a pivotal role in steering the Group's business development and customer relationship management. Mr Ang is also responsible for the Group's business policies and expansion plans, particularly in the areas of marketing, merchandising, product development and production. He keeps abreast of the latest trends related to the industry in order to sharpen the Group's competitive edge.
- He has successfully established the Singapore headquarters as a model for its subsidiaries and has a wealth of experience in the apparel industry, spanning twenty one years.
MR RAYMOND ANG SIEW TIONG
Executive Director & Deputy COO, Cambodia
- Mr Raymond Ang is Deputy COO, Cambodia. He is responsible for managing the production facilities in Cambodia, which include both the garment manufacturing and support service factories.
- Equipped with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr Ang is equally adept at managing the marketability and efficiency of the facilities as well as handling the technicalities of the apparel industry.
MR ALBERT NG YA KEN @ NG AH KAN
Non-Executive Director
- Mr Albert Ng was trained as an economist with a Master's degree(M.Soc.Sc.) from University of Waikato, New Zealand. He currently runs his own consulting ﬁrm, Multinet Management Consultants, a ﬁrm he set up in 1995. Between 1992 and 1995, he practiced market research and management consulting, ﬁrst at the Marketing Institute of Singapore and later at the Enterprise Promotion Centre as its Senior Consulting Manager. In his consulting career, Mr Ng has served companies from a wide spectrum of industries, including banking, telecommunications, statutory bodies, manufacturing and service industries.
MR CHUA KENG HIANG
Non-Executive and Independent Director
- Mr Chua Keng Hiang is a practising public accountant in Singapore. Mr Chua has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, corporate ﬁnance and industrial management. He holds an honours degree in accountancy from the then University of Singapore and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certiﬁed Accountants (UK). Mr Chua currently sits on the board of three other listed companies, namely, First Engineering Limited, Jadason Enterprises Ltd, and Memtech International Limited.
MR TEO KIANG KOK
Non-Executive and Independent Director
- Mr Teo is a lawyer with more than 20 years experience in legal practice. He is a partner of Shook Lin & Bok, a ﬁrm of advocates and solicitors. He is currently the ﬁnance partner and head of corporate ﬁnance and China practice groups in Shook Lin & Bok. His main areas of practice are corporate ﬁnance, international ﬁnance and securities. He has advised listed companies extensively on corporate law and compliance requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Hull and is a Barrister at Law from Lincoln’s Inn. He serves on the board of a number of other companies including, Giant Wireless Technology Limited, Hyﬂux Ltd, Jadason Enterprises Ltd, Memtech International Ltd, SM Summit Holdings Limited and Unisteel Technology Limited.
